Visiting the shop
We ask you to refrain from visiting our shop if you ...
- ... had contact with a confirmed corona virus case.
- ... have not yet been tested for Corona, but notice symptoms such as fever, dry cough or shortness of breath.
You are also welcome to make an appointment by phone or email.
Waiting times
The law provides for avoiding queues and crowds. Therefore, please do not enter the shop in groups. Please wait outside the store if you see more than five people inside.
Safety distance
Keep a safety distance of 1.5 m from other people in the shop.
Glasses adjustments
Of course, we will continue to carry out service work and adjustments to your glasses. For safety reasons, we have to wash our hands thoroughly after every customer contact. Please understand, therefore, if you have to accept short waiting times as a result. It is for your safety and the safety of your loved ones.
Contact lens fitting
We can currently only carry out new contact lenses fittings with increased hygiene safety measures. These include e.g. device disinfection after every customer contact, changing face masks, gloves, etc., so that there may be slightly longer waiting times.
Glasses sales
When trying new spectacle frames, we kindly ask you to limit the amount of frames you need to put on. We have to disinfect every frame after every customer contact. Some frame materials do not tolerate disinfectants. We therefore ask for your understanding that we have to exclude these frames from trying on. Please ask our staff beforehand. We are also currently unable to provide a selection for selecting at home.
Eye test and eye analysis
We continue to carry out eye tests and eye analyzes, there may also be delays and waiting times due to increased hygiene measures (device disinfection).
Registration requirement
According to the provisions of the Disease Protection Act, we are obliged to keep track of who enters our shop in order to be able to quickly identify the contact persons in the event of infection. We will therefore ask you for your contact details (name, address, telephone number) when you enter the shop. Your data will of course be treated confidentially in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
As craftsmen and service providers, we are here for you with our full service. Our stores are open during normal business hours. We are obliged to take extensive hygiene and preventive measures to protect our customers and our employees. We therefore ask for your understanding that the measures listed here apply in our companies until further notice.
Why are we taking these measures?
Sars-CoV2 (Corona) disease is a very dangerous disease, especially for older people and people who are weakened by other previous illnesses. The corona virus is spreading at breakneck speed; it can be transmitted very easily through coughing, sneezing or close human contact. Together with you, we want to contain the spread of the disease in order to protect your health and that of your beloved ones. The Optic Actuell Klostermann team thanks you for your understanding for these measures, which takes care of your safety and the safety of all fellow citizens.
Stay healthy!
